Greetings, my name is Thalia. I am in the London Olympic Stadium because today we are having a big competition of archery. I'm representing Greece and I´m really proud of being here.  Benefits of Sports. Hi! my name it´s Fiona and today I´m gonna talk you about why is important to practice a sport. Sport keep our minds and bodies healthy. We have lots of sports and you can find a perfect one so while you are practicing you're helping your body. It´s really important to know that they´re many mental sports and they are really good if you want to speed up your brain. Some sports you can practice and their benefits are: -Swimming . Flexibility, improves body´s use of oxygen and effective boold flow. -Football. Concentration, enhance muscles and help us to grow. -Hockey . Agility, help cardiovascular system, develop cardio and body´s leg muscles. -Chess. Improves memory and concentration. Sport keep us busy and we use our time in productive things so the only thing I have to say is: What are you waiting? you can found somehing that can makes you really happy and healthy.
